At Rutland Regional Emergency Communication Center, we are dedicated to ensuring that our services are accessible to all individuals, including those with disabilities. We are committed to making our website and emergency communication services usable for everyone, and we strive to provide an inclusive online experience for all users.

Web Accessibility Commitment

We provide critical, emergency call-taking and dispatching services for Police, Fire, EMS, Animal Control, and Public Works for the following Massachusetts towns: Rutland, Oakham, Hubbardston, Warren, and Barre. Our service area is comprised of 145 square miles of rough, New England terrain. As part of our commitment to accessibility, we have implemented various measures to ensure that our website and communication systems are in compliance with web accessibility standards and guidelines.

Accessible Emergency Services

It is our goal to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access our emergency services with the same level of ease and effectiveness as those without disabilities. We understand the importance of providing equal access to critical information and assistance during emergencies, and we continuously work to enhance the accessibility of our communication systems for all residents in our service area.
