The Rutland Regional Dispatch, teaming up with the Rutland Fire and Police departments, is stepping in to help Santa with some early Christmas deliveries—because even Santa needs a little backup!

All we ask is a tiny $10 donation to the Rutland Fire Department Gift Fund.

Just make sure your gifts are wrapped, labeled with the child's name and address, and dropped off at the Rutland Lobby anytime, 24/7, before December 10, 2025. And remember, with over 200 addresses to cover, let’s keep those gifts to a reasonable size—no one wants Santa’s sleigh to turn into a clown car!

 

We have changed the process this year to accommodate as many families as possible. You now just pick the day, and the Delivery Route will be posted by November 18, 2025, with the estimated time of Santa's Arrival.

 

After the Lists are posted on November 18, 2025, Confirm the Date and Time work.           

If not, please process a cancellation - We can not make accommodations.

 

Drop off your gift at the Rutland Public Safety Building Lobby on the following dates and times:

 

• Sunday - November 23, 2025 / 2pm - 5pm

• Tuesday - December - 2, 2025 / 4pm-8pm

• Thursday - December - 4, 2025 / 4pm-8pm

Make sure the gift has the child's name and address on it.

No bigger than 24"x24".
